Introducing this unique and extremely rare Deadstock King Seiko Ref.45-8000 in gray dial.
Designed and manufactured by Daini Seikosha Kameido factory, the watch features a unique cushion case also called Zabuton case 「座布団ケース」 that has a polished top and beautifully brushed curved edges which gives it a great depth of view.
Looking up close, this model adorns an understated grey sunburst dial that is decorated by chunky indices along the edge. It is interesting to mention that the same indices were used for its other sister cushion case 56KS, Ref.5625/6-7010, and this choice definitely gives it a catchier look.
This particular reference is powered by the Hi-Beat Cal.4500A which provides accurate timing and butter smooth sweep of the second's hand.
Also made in linen white dial variant, this gray dial is without a doubt hard to find especially in such amazing condition: Still retaining its blue protective film on the case back, the watch is extremely sharp and definitely survived the test of time as it's retaining its factory lines with only a few hairline storage scratches. The dial is also in amazing condition and the watch comes with its original box, outer box, price tag, and what we believe is the correct flat KS buckle.
Ships from Tokyo, Japan.
