During the 1970s, the Seiko 7017 Flyback automatic chronograph boasted an extensive range of variations, and among the most distinctive was the black PVD variant, such as the featured 1972 Seiko 7017-7000, exclusively available in Japan. Seiko employed their movements in a diverse range of exceptionally unique cases, resulting in numerous unconventional shapes and sizes, and this particular model serves as an excellent illustration of this trend.

This watch is unused: The PVD is in great condition on the case and bracelet and there are no signs of peeling. Some light scuffs can be observed which is expected for a watch of this age.
The bracelet still retains its original sticker on the clasp.
The dial is in immaculate condition and all the functions work without any issues. The case back has light scratches.
The watch is sold with its original price tag and Seiko bag.
