When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item. All watches remain the property of The Tokei Club until the watch has been paid for in full.

All items will be shipped via FedEx Express. All watches are fully insured either by FedEx or a 3rd party insurer, depending on the value of the sold watch.

An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes.

If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.

Customers are responsible for all customs charges, duties, or taxes in their respective countries.
